Web Hosting #
We provide website hosting and hosting services. When you purchase a hosting package from us we provide you with access to all the tools you should ever need to build your website and manage it. In addition to a robust control panel you will also be given access to a URepHost account. Additionally, you will have access to our support area where you can let us know if you need assistance. We will strive to ensure that the server on which your website(s) is/are hosted runs smoothly, so that your content is available to your audience. We endeavor to be as helpful as possible and intend to expand our services and level of support as the company grows.
Please keep in mind that while you may take backups and store them on the server, the number of backups you take may be limited and we do not guarantee their integrity or functionality. URepHost may take backups of accounts in an effort to help clients. However, server stored backups should not be relied upon. It is your responsibility to maintain remote and/or off site backups. We also recommend that you update your software regularly to help ensure capability with the server as upgrades are performed to increase security and reliability.
Control Panel #
The control panel has a number of sections as seen in the image below. Each section can be expanded to see several more options for controlling every aspect of your website.
For instance the email section can be expended to show several fine tuning options for managing e-mail accounts, mailing lists, auto responders, and much more! Each section has several options that allow you to maintain complete control over your website settings.
Account #
Your account is where you can do things like view your recent orders, open a ticket with us, and edit your password.
Support #
